• Non-US Citizens require a passport. 
• The best way to contact Xstream Travel is to call the Travel Department at 214-383-0122 or email: [email protected] with any cruise inquiries! 
• ​You need to arrive in Seattle, WA no later than 12:00 pm on 09/01/23 and leave no earlier than 12:00 noon 09/08/23. 
• Take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the Pier from the airport. ​
• ​All rates are in USD

PAYMENTS

• A deposit of $150.00 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable. 
  
• The credit card provided on this form will be used for all future payments.
• Payments are processed directly through Xstream Travel.

All payments are nontransferable. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION - $149 PER PERSON 
THE COST OF INSURANCE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WITH THE FIRST DEPOSIT. THE COST OF INSURANCE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON ROOM CATEGORY AND NUMBER OF PASSENGERS.
